Important Note

I would like to provide a feedback in order to improve your platform, it would very useful if all the tutors in general were notified about the improvement of their writing, most of the time I received the answer and everything is messy , many words are not understood, they should be more efficient in that sense or at least get the answer digitally if they don't know how to write good. It takes too much time in order to contact them so they can correct it, sometimes they no longer reply, and still tutor want to be qualified for excellence. It would be great if we had the option to rate the writing so the tutors would notice and improve the writing.

SO HELPFUL

I am a sophomore in high school and then chem b right now. It is super challenging for me and my teacher is no help. I downloaded this app to see if I could understand a little more, the tutors are so helpful on here and I actually learn more than I do in class. If you are struggling and do not understand the problem you just sending a picture and they send back a picture of their writing and describing the whole problem. They are very detailed and I have not had one that is wrong yet.

Amazing

Honestly this app is amazing !! It has helped me a ton with my working. The tutors are great and break everything down. My only concern would be is that the tutors maybe shouldn’t write in cursive. It is very hard to read it at times. Sometimes it looks like scribbles. Also for the chat section it would be nice to have someone able to chat right away when having a question about the answer. Other than that I think it is great along with the tutors.
