The Kuwait Mobile ID App is provided by the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI). It offers citizens and residents in the State of Kuwait a digital ID which can be used for the following purposes and more:
- Portable mobile based Civil ID for identity verification
- Authentication to Government and non-government eServices
- Trusted Digital Signature of electronic documents and transactions

After updating iPhone 11 to iOS 14 kuwait iD app is crashing try to reinstall but still issue is not solved

Excellent. Easy to use and get the Mobile ID in just few minutes
the app is not startup
after the installation of the app on iphone 12 pro max , while trying startup the app in the splash screen give me this message “ Error happened while communicating with the server “ . and the registration screen or option is not found .
