Uses to be good but…
Have used for several years. Was good until this year. It still recorded and I was able to see if the giant lizard in my garage used to window to leave. But that was months ago. I moved camera to the patio bat. Worked 3x to record motion. Now it just tries to connect and then immediately goes offline. It’s niw a piece of crap. Except maybe as a dummy camera to scare off potential house breaker.
I give up and am headed to Brandsmart for a cheap but good replacement.
What is going on??
When I 1st got the app in June it worked and connected perfectly fine then out out of nowhere sometime in August both cameras cannot be seen on the app anymore. I’ve reset numerous times and nothing an error messages pops up saying “no internet connection” which is incorrect because I literally have other products connected. Please fix this problem.
Good
Just bought this camera. It connects to my wifi just fine. And so far the app is working, I can record and take pictures.
