Facial Massage works is by releasing the tension in the muscles of the neck, shoulders and scalp, as well as the little muscles of the face, then releasing the tension and fine lines in the skin, as well as energising the pressure points and meridians of the head, neck and face. Leaving you with a natural, refreshed glow to your skin, an energised look in your eyes, fewer creases in the forehead, around the mouth and the corners of the eyes. The jawline becomes firmer, the neck becomes tighter, and dark circles under the eyes reduce.

Love so far- would like some kind of notification to move poses

I really like the app. Wether or not the exercises work(I haven’t used it enough to know) it has a nice calming effect either way. One thing- for some of the exercises where the head turns or looks up, would be nice to have a little ding notification to signal to look back at the video to switch poses. :-) Thank you! And Slava Ukraïni!

These stretches really work!

I was having really bad neck pain today that connected to my upper shoulder blade and with the neck stretches the pain went away and it didn’t feel so tight anymore. Amazing!
