Crap crap crap

Regret updated to the new version, can’t login and keep saying my password is wrong, been changing numerous of times passwords, can only log in once, after second try says password wrong again, waste of time and full of crap, nowhere can find log out button

Updates : finally there’s a log out button, can’t believed they can missed this button

Useless

This is such a disappointment. Hopeless app. Go through the motions of set up and the biometrics still doesn’t work. What’s a waste of time.

No link to my investment details u like the previous app. Why do they even bother to launch a new app when the features are worse off than the old app?

I would rate no star if possible.

At this moment, the i-Invest platform can only be accessed through the i-Akaun (classic version) app and the i-Akaun portal on the KWSP website.

Unable to log into my account

Don’t know what to do, since the new system updated. Unable to login keeps saying invalid password . What is really upsetting is you need Malaysia mobile to make a change what if people like us who live in overseas and don’t have it. Please let me know what to do. Thanks
