Once upon a time you could use this app to control your Levo II. For reasons unknown, they removed the ability to use the app to control your Levo II, and basically turned it into an online subscription service. Dear Levo II developers, thanks for the bait and switch you did in the app. Does someone have to set up a subscription to use the app to control their Levo II? Time to delete this worthless app. Updating this after seeing what a Levo employee actually wrote back, and I quote “ We have a separate app called "Remote Infusion" that has the remote functionality! It has the same functions of the old app. You should see recipes there as well. We recommend downloading both apps, as the new one has the oil and herb calculator as well as the dosage calculator! Thank you for your feedback and for your patience and support!” Was zero need or reason to make a completely different app so people could continue using the WiFi feature. This comes across to me as Levo basically admitting they screwed up by removing the WiFi feature from the main app and suspiciously moving it to a completely different app. Now the question is whether or not the new app is available on iOS.

Just checked and their WiFi app isn’t available on iOS. Levo you are morons.

I used to love the app functionality, I own a Levo II. Never had an issue with connecting, always able to watch my infusions remotely. Easy to find recipes with comments and suggestions. I specifically bought the Levo II because of the WIFI functionality. Haven't used my Levo in a few months since a made a bunch of oils and butters last time. Pulled it out to stick back up and to my surprise the app updated. I couldn't connect to my Levo II, recipes are not as easy yo navigate and I didn't see comments and suggestions or ratings on the recipes I did find. The new look and layout of the app is like an online store, nothing like it was previously. I dint even use the app for my infusions this weekend. Connected support thinking maybe I missed something. Nope the response was that not enough people used the wifi function. Based on the comments I see on this app it looks like everyone that did is currently dissatisfied. So, unless their is some change in the functionality like bringing back the wifi or enhancing the recipes section i will be deleting it. No sense in cluttering up my phone and back ups for something so useless. Completely disappointed in the new app.

When I got this as a Christmas gift, I set up the wifi and loved the infusion choices for plants, oils and butters. It made it easy to understand and correctly use the LEVO. I had the correct times and temperatures, now that feature is gone.
I don’t know what to set it at and I can’t use my phone to remotely programmed it.
I just convinced my sister to get one and I’m sorry I did that.
I’m very unhappy that a feature that was so helpful is no longer available. Now I don’t know how to use this because there are no longer directions that I can find. The app as far as I’m concerned is just for YOUR Company to make more money on an expensive appliance that is useless to me and the expensive accessories that I’ve purchased.
You need to fix this. This should never had been advertised as a smart appliance that was remotely controlled by phone with a wifi connection. At the very least you should be sending everyone who purchased a LEVO an additional instruction booklet or just fix the app. I’m telling my sister to cancel her order for the LEVOll and all the extras she purchased and try a different infuser.
