Main feature is to allow customers of LABC Members (Local Authorities) to request a Site Inspection. Following installation of the app the user is requested to select Local Authority then to enter profile details (First &Surname Name; Business Name; mobile number; email). Main screen shows these options: Request Site Visit; Call LABC; My Details; About LABC.
Request Site Visit: This prompts for the following information to be added: Site Name; Road name; Town; Postcode; Inspection type (dropdown of options); Date of inspection; Time preferred; Are you at site (Y/N); Reference Number (if known); Further Info.
Next, two options – ‘Request Site Inspection’ or ‘Back’. If request site inspection is selected then email is sent to the selected Local Authority with information collected and also a GPS link to the current location of the app user. Other features: Call LABC – this calls LABC by phone.
My details – this allows profile to be updated.
About LABC – This displays introduction to inspection requests and has a link to the main website. The name of the local authority is displayed where LABC is shown above.
