Lacuna is an AI music workspace. Make new songs and lyrics from a conversation, then take any track apart to listen closely, practice, and rework it.
CREATE SONGS IN CONVERSATION
Describe the sound, mood, story, or occasion you have in mind. Music Agent turns the idea into musical directions and generates complete tracks you can play as soon as they are ready. Hum a tune, or add an audio clip or a MIDI file, to guide the melody.
WRITE AND REFINE LYRICS
Start with a theme, a single line, or a detailed brief. Lyrics Agent drafts lyrics and keeps revising them with you in the same conversation.
REMOVE VOCALS AND SPLIT STEMS
Open Stems, choose one of your songs or import an audio file, and separate it into vocals and instrumental, or into four or six stems: vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, and more. Dedicated modes break a drum kit into individual drums, separate lead and rhythm guitar, or split a choir into its four voice parts.
PRACTICE WITH THE MIX
Solo the part you want to hear, or mute it and play along with the rest. Loop a section, slow it down, change the key, and set the level of every stem. Your settings are saved with each result.
CLEAN UP RECORDINGS
Reduce noise and reverb in a recording, or separate dialogue from music and sound effects in a video.
KEEP DEVELOPING A TRACK
Where available, extend or remix a song, edit a section, master the final mix, and generate cover artwork from the track workspace.
LISTEN ANYWHERE
The full player, queue, lock-screen controls, AirPlay, and background audio keep your music playing while you use other apps. Songs, lyrics, and stems stay together in Assets, and Lacuna Radio offers ready-to-play channels.
Lacuna uses credits for AI generation and audio processing. Subscriptions and one-time credit packs are available as in-app purchases. The app always shows the current price and credit amount before purchase or before a task starts.
