Unable to connect

I have been using this app for about a year or better and now all of a sudden it will not do anything but give me a white screen and a box that says unable to connect. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing same white screen unable to connect box!

The app will not work with iPhone 13. The blue screen will come up when first open the app. Then the screen says app is up to date. A white screen appears and can’t click anything or pay bill. Please fix. The app is very handy and I have used it several times before the last update.

App Issue

Seems from other reviews the app has issues. I as well have an iPhone 13 and mine does have the white screen that says up to date but will not go any further. I would love to see the app fixed as I'm sure it would be easy to use once again.
