• DXF floorplan — R12 dialect that opens cleanly in AutoCAD, LibreCAD, and QCAD, with walls, doors, and windows on named layers and floor outlines as closed polylines.
• USDZ 3D mesh — Apple's AR-ready format, textured and ready for AR Quick Look.
• PDF report — a branded A4 quantities sheet with floor area, wall area, and one-coat paint litres per room and as totals.
Built for AEC, MEP, real estate, and trade professionals who need fast, defensible measurements without a tripod, target, or laptop.

• Multi-room scanning — capture rooms one at a time; StructureBuilder fuses them into a single aligned model.
• Projects — every scan saves on-device as a named project. Rename, archive, and a 30-day auto-purge on the trash.
• Photos and dictated notes per project, exportable together with the model as a single ZIP archive.
• Floorplan-on-map view with the recorded scan location.
• Tri-lingual interface: English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil).
Privacy
Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no telemetry SDK, no ads, no tracking. The optional location tag is stored inside the project and only leaves your device in exports you share yourself.

• Every wall on the floorplan now shows its length, in the PDF, the DXF, and the in-app preview.
• Room labels include the exact floor area — L-shaped rooms report their true size, not a bounding box.
• True north is now estimated across the whole scan, so map overlays and export north arrows are far more accurate.
• New architectural north symbol on all plans.
