The Lais Deleon Fitness App is a $12.99 USD monthly, $29.99 USD quarterly and $89.99 USD yearly subscriptions that will auto-renew monthly, quarterly and yearly respectively after your period ends. These 3 plans have subscription terms of 1 month, 3 months and 1 year and will auto-renew at the completion of specified time period. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Payment for your chosen subscription of the Lais Deleon Fitness App will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your iTunes account will be charged for one month renewal of $12.99 USD , for three months renewal of $29.99 USD and for one year renewal of $89.99 USD within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period respectively according to the plan subscribed.
Subscriptions may be managed in your iTunes settings and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the Lais Deleon Fitness App.

I love it!
I never knew you could learn so much from an app. From proper form to different ways of weight training, to amazing-easy to make recipes. My favorite of them all is the Grain free bread... so delicious, and I didn’t even like chili before and now I’m obsessed!
The workouts are pretty easy to follow, this is coming from a girl who has barely done any weight lifting. There’s a video and explanation on how to do them which comes in very handy while working out. It allows you to keep track of your progress and Lais keeps it interesting by mixing things up every 5 workouts or so.
I decided to get the app so I could join the Spring challenge and it was so worth it. She was having a sale also so I payed very little for it. Total steal.
I’m not gonna lie it’s been tough and there’s been days I can barely walk after it but it’s all been worth it. I’ve seen changes in my body that haven’t seen before even when I trained for longer.
I don’t have Facebook, yet Lais has been very responsive to all my doubts and questions through IG, overall best find ever!

Great workout app!
I had previously used another fitness app before this and it took some time getting used to this app, but once I did I enjoyed it A LOT!! This app has recipes, workouts routines and previews, videos of the workouts as your doing them and timed rest breaks. The only thing that would make it better would be able to enter the amount of weight you are doing for you exercises - so that it’s all in one place. This app provides so much and the workouts slowly incorporate more techniques and increase the difficultly so that you grow knowledgeable and stronger as you progress! Overall amazing app!

I love this app
This app has helped me keep my workouts organized. I really enjoy the features like progress pics and the calendar. Lais has helped me to stay accountable with proper nutrition recipes. I like how there is a a video associated with each workout because it shows proper form and feels like you are not completing it alone. Also, the timer for rest period is really awesome. Before, I would jump into the next workout without much rest period but overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I look forward renewing my subscription.
