Love this app!
My roommates and I live on a busy street near a fire station and are always curious to know what’s happening when fire trucks, ambulances, helicopters, and cops are rushing quickly by. This app helps us figure it out in a moments notice. Really nice getting urgent news notifications, too! I've been notified of major incidents such as a destructive landslide near my house during a storm, a full house fire (which I read the next day was a celebrities house in Beverly Hills 😳), and an explosion in mid city. Every major incident notification from this app has been top news story in the city next day. I highly recommend to anyone interested in being aware, especially if you live in a big city. Definitely providing peace of mind in this house!
Excellent App
LAIT911 provides a great service for first responders, media, community members, and members of government who wish to remain informed without listening to a radio scanner all day or waiting to see reports in the media. This can give you a vital heads-up if you live near a large scale incident or wildfire that may threaten your home or business. As a first responder, I can say that the app and service work as well (if not better) than “professional” public safety apps.

I’m new to this app but have fallen in love with. I’ve been on it every day since I downloaded it. I love having real time info at my fingertips! I’m in the Hospital Emergency Preparedness industry, and real time data like this will help me keep informed as to what’s going on around my hospitals. Keep up the good work, it’s Amazing.
