Do not expect an app that always works
When it works, it’s a great app to have.
But that is usually only around 30% of the time. I regularly have to enter my password even though I have the fingerprint enabled, and a large number of times it tells me the password is having trouble and has to send a text verification. Even yet many times that doesn’t take and now the app becomes completely useless. Not sure why this is a difficult fix but it has been ongoing for over 2 years for me.
Its nice, when it works.
The majority of the time I try and log in it does not work. Tells me “we are currently unable to process your request.” And the touch ID to sign in has never worked. Annoying that I cant check my account whenever I want, because it never works! When it does work I really like how easy the app is to maneuver through. Thats the only pro at the moment.
Works well and does everything I need for my banking! The updates they roll out are good and actually fix the issues they have had in the past. I love having a smaller local bank that can offer all of the features of large banks!
