Buggy, Unreliable, Outdated, Literal Dumpster Fire
With complete honesty I have never in my entire life written a review for an app. I am legitimately at my wits end. I can’t name one time that I have successfully used the online banking app at all without some form of arbitrary bug or the app just straight up crashing. Not to mention the UI is so unbelievably unintuitive. I don’t mean to compliment the design team in anyway, but i don’t think it would be a very large reach to say that it operates like a bunch of a high schoolers in their HTML web design class built. Did you guys walk down the street to the high school and ask them to build you this. Get your money back. Consider my account closed.
Really nice
I’m enjoying using the mobile app for banking however it gets frustrating when I log in and it says that my credentials can’t be verified and then I have to start all over. That’s the only glitch I’ve encountered.
