Mediocre at best
When it does what it’s supposed to, it’s an ok banking app. It lets me check my balance, but that’s about it. I can’t do transfers or anything besides that really. But when it doesn’t work? It’s frustrating as hell. And yes, I am angry reviewing after having to change my password for the third time in less than two weeks because it keeps logging me out and not recognizing my password. This is ridiculous.

We apologize for the issues you experienced. On 4/24/2018 we released the new App that has resolved several issues in our older version. If updating your App does not resolve the issues, please contact our Customer Service Center at (800) 618-5503 for assistance.
So far, so good
Just downloaded this app about 3 weeks ago, despite the bad reviews, because I hate running to the bank for something I can do through the website or app. I’ve used it a few times since then and have had no problems. I like that it doesn’t keep me signed in, so if someone steals my phone, they can’t just auto-login with it and access my accounts. 5/5 so far.

The app itself isn’t a bad one, I just don’t understand why we can’t change our password to the app. If something happens and someone figured it out, you’re screwed because the app had no options on changing your password. If someone figures out the password and gains access, then they can use your bank and money anytime they want and that makes me very nervous and kinda paranoid.
