Saving issues/glitchy notifications

Are yall planning on doing something about the notifications that pop uo saying “pump session has ended” when the session has been logged and saved? Or the fact that daily i lose data from my non-smartpump entries; with mom brain there is no way for me to accurately remember the time and how much i pumped hours ago THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS APP. For a very simple thing to just vanish hours later is crazy. I would love to recommend this pump to people but not if the app is inaccurate at times

Terrible App – Absolutely Terrible

I’ve been utilizing my 3.0 for almost 11 months now, as an exclusive pumping mom. I love the pump, so I’ve looked past the obvious app flaws – incorrect duration of pump sessions (adds random amounts of time onto pump sessions), inconsistent time log (sometimes logs the start time BUT will randomly log the end time), constant notifications about connection and start or stop of sessions (which are not actually taking place). Frequent disconnection followed by an irritating process to reconnect. Random sessions needing “review” for syncing. Those issues alone just cause additional stress each day…when the app quite literally is supposed to make our lives easier. If I attempt to correct the durations or time log…the entire pump session will literally disappear. Then I have to try to remember all of the details, and manually enter a “non-smart pump” session. Again…I’ve looked past all of these issues for almost 11 months (a smart person would have given up on the app by now).

I CAN’T look past the app freezing, and losing all of my data. I have spent countless hours pumping, washing and sterilizing pump parts, and quite literally planning my life around pumping with Lansinoh’s products…only to lose almost 11 months of pumping session data. I’ve put in all the hard work…and the app can’t even retain SIMPLE information ACCURATELY? It’s honestly insulting to even offer or advertise an app that just cannot keep up.

Nice pump but HORRIBLE APP!

This app has TOO MANY ISSUES! When you initially set the pump up, it does not recognize the login information. I force close the app and bring it back up and then it brings me into the app but it does not show my information. It does not allow me to edit so I can put in my information. Pairing with Bluetooth was also an issue. Once paired, I loved how it logged my pumping session. It allows you to input how much you pump from each breast which is great, HOWEVER, I cannot add additional pumping sessions. I cannot add how much water I drink for the day. EACH TIME that I go to pump, which is every 3 hours, the app does not pick up the Bluetooth pairing. After MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS of trying to connect for another pumping session for tracking, I have to uninstall the app each time and repair the device to Bluetooth and it still will not recognize my login information. This is ABSOLUTELY frustrating! This is a lot to have to do for each pumping session. If you offer the app, it should be seamless and easy to use. Having a baby and breastfeeding/pumping in postpartum is hard enough and this pump and app do not make it easy AT ALL. The only reason I have this pump is because my insurance company recommended it and paid for it. If this is not corrected ASAP, then I will have to buy another pump and just eat the cost and pay out of pocket which would be an unnecessary expense.
