We're sorry that you were exited from the game during the Avatar tournament. Please let us know what happened and what device and iOS version you are using so that we can correct this problem. We'd love to have you join us again in future tournaments and we can possibly do another one about Avatar.
Kicked out of a tournament and couldn’t join back
I was exactly on time to join the tournament that was happening tonight. I get in there and immediately I’m prompted with an ad. It was blocking the entire screen and didn’t have an X button so out of fear of missing the questions because of this (and also believing it to be a glitch), I closed out of the app and reopened it. No button to join back, despite the tournament not even having started yet. I’m not upset, but all I have to say is if you’re going to entice an audience with a prize, don’t immediately shove ads in their faces, because I’d much rather stare at a timer than stare at an ad that’s blocking it, not knowing when the game even begins. For a mistake as minor as tabbing out of the app, the consequence of not being able to join back at all is quite extreme.
I was going to let it slide, but I honestly couldn’t when I was asked the question: What is 3 x 3? Anyone older than a first grader knows that. However, when I put 9, it informed me that I was incorrect and that the answer is 3.
Some of the questions are very confusing and not consistent with the subject matter, causing confusion and frustration. I’ll tell you, I feel so strongly about this that it’s the first app review I’ve ever made. I only got this for the Harry Potter trivia anyway.
