Life changing!

Excellent system! I got addicted to it. Tracked everything on the app, and implemented a lot of the steps. I went from no morning structure and waking up late, to having some morning routine and waking up early. I haven’t had alcohol for over 60 days, walking every day, and tv only in the evening after all priorities are complete. And it comes with a habit tracker, that will motivated and helped me along the way

Ugh!

I got the lasting change book to improve my productivity. The last thing I wanted was another app that you HAVE to buy to get the book. I want a life with fewer apps. I have 6 for work 4 for kids activities, plus the basics (texting, email, calendar, etc.) One of my biggest problems is being tied to my phone way too much. And now another app that you have to read practically a textbook to understand the benefits and details and program.
I gave it a shot and spent the time programming it and used it for 4 days and deleted it. There are productivity apps that are a lot easier, with better graphics, and more fun to use. Which I also deleted for being too time consuming. If you’re here and haven’t bought the book yet, it’s worth the $25 bucks. It’s not anything groundbreaking or completely unique but it’s helpful.
If you love Apps you might enjoy this one, for me it was a waste of money and time

Nope. Not the app. Hope the book isn’t this bad.

This app is completely useless. It’s not different than the rest of the garbage apps out there. They try to put too much in without building in proper automations to keep people from having to do hours of work a day just talking about their day? Bro, i want a focus and activity necessary to help build the change. I don’t need a full blown psych ward evaluation every single day. And the “habits” omg it’s pointless. It just adds a check box and tells you “see how you feel after X days of this” I didn’t need to pay 80 bucks for the book and app to do the same work I already do on my own. What a wasteful product. Like I said I really hope the book is better. We will see. I probably just lost all that money regardless.
