Description
Encrypt and store your last words and crucial files. They are sent to determined recipients if you ever fail to survive your life's adventures.
What does «My last words» do?
We offer the service to record secret and encrypted last words for posterity. Our service constantly checks if you're still alive via push-messages and e-mail. If you repeatedly do not answer our calls, your last words will eventually be sent to registered friends and relatives.
Is this a «testament» or «last will»?
It kind of is of course. But it is not recognized by law (yet). We strongly advice not to talk about what happens to your wealth and belongings.
We focus on the emotional part of such last words. What is currently the last thing you want to tell your friends? How do you want your friends and family to say goodbye? How and where do you want to be buried? Who knows, maybe they will show your video or text at the funeral. Maybe you just want to share your Facebook- or Twitter-Password so they inform the online community about your early demise.
How does this work exactly?
It's very easy! You just register and login. Then you'll write your text or record a video message. You can always change the text. To make sure nobody hacks your account and just changes your last words to something they want, we keep versions of every change. Nobody (including you) can change or delete «old versions» of your last words.
Logged in you just push the green button to tell us you're still alive. You'll see a countdown below. As soon as it changes to zero, your last words will be sent to the registered recipients.

Save button hidden
My biggest gripe may be a mix of Apple sucking and the app sucking. If you’re in the last words part the save button is hidden by the keyboard and nothing I do can make the keyboard disappear or the save button to appear.
Hey, i’m just wondering how to disable this?
I had a really bad fever recently and I live alone. I thought I might die, this app sort of gave me a peace of mind when I was sick. But now apparently I’m still alive. It constantly still reminds me to push the I am still alive button. I don’t want to accidentally send messages to all of my friends and relatives telling them I’m dead? The countdown is really nerve-racking. How do I disable this and maybe use it next time when I am really sick or going on adventure or something?
Don’t get this. I want my $6.99 back.
I want my money back for paying for the <<my last words>> activation. The time on the app is wrong, the settings are inconsistent (and half of them are in german for whatever reason), and most annoyingly: there is NO FUNCTIONALITY to do 90% of what you claim in this apps description! You’ve wasted both my time and my money. Do everyone a favor and either fix this, or remove it from the App Store.
