The design of the app stands out the most for me over any other camera app due the retro aesthetic and the cool disposable camera options. I went with one of the 90’s themes because it reminds me of one of my favorite shows as a kid, Saved by the Bell. There is a paid option, but I chose to stick with the free version until I get the hang of the settings/controls first. I love seeing my phone screen change into the disposable camera and really enjoy the controls allowing you to feel like you’re actually using one. Overall, I can see myself using this for a long time and plan to update this review after I become more familiar with all of the features. Kudos to Alex, the creator, for reaching out via email to users for feedback! He does indeed respond and it’s nice to know this app will get the care and attention it deserves for users to continue having a flawless experience.

My wife and I used Later Cam at our wedding reception and it surpassed our expectations, bringing not only nostalgic charm, but heartfelt and hilarious captures by friends and family. Turning everyone’s phone into a disposable camera brought so much fun to the party! The user-friendly interface made it a breeze to use, even my grandparents had no problems! The quality of the prints is impressive too. Later Cam evokes nostalgia and adds an extra layer of joy to reliving memories. Their customer support is beyond exceptional too. Well done!

Later Cam is a great app if you love disposable cameras but hate the cost/waste that comes with them. You even have to wait to see your pictures & you never have to take them in to get developed. You can even get the pictures shipped right to your house! I love that the pictures have the film look to them. Plus I always have the camera with me (because it’s on my phone). The developer has been so helpful with fixing bugs and correcting any errors with the app. I will definitely keep using!

Alex is amazing! He is the man behind the app and dealt with me being a bridezilla at like 1 am the night before the wedding by fully customising and creating signs for us in under an hour. Customer support was easy and consistent with Alex checking in rather than us needing to track him down. We ordered more photos than we used and were surprised to receive a pro-rated refund for the photos we didn’t use! We’ll be using this service for all of our events in the future!

I opted to get prints of my photos mailed to me, and I’m so glad I did! It was so fun to get developed photos in the mail. It felt just like getting a disposable camera developed back in the day, including the accidental or forgotten shots—the whole process gave me a lot of joy and nostalgia. On the back of each photo is a place for a stamp and address to send like a post card. I can’t wait to start sending them out. Thanks for the great app and customer service too!

I wanted to find something that was “lapse” like but even more like a disposable camera with prints. This fits the bill perfectly! Only downside is when I go to click “Party Cam” to make the camera shareable to a group, the app just quits and closes unexpectedly. Otherwise it’s checking all my boxes!
