Very useful but would like to see upgrades

Very good overall, and I think for content creators Later is a legitimately solid tool and good value. However - Would really like to see some improvements. Video is currently capped at 1 minute, even though Instagram changed IGTV (basically dropped it). Multi-photo posts don’t let you auto-publish, a couple other issues would like to see fixed by the Tech team. Good app overall though with syncing to desktop.

Not as good as it once was…

I used to be a big fan of the app and paid for a subscription for awhile. I’ve not been as active on IG, but I recently tried to make a post and realized that my PAID PLAN had been phase out and I didn’t have access to auto publish. Felt pretty scammy that had been paying for something that no longer offered the one service I was looking for.

I’m not willing to upgrade from $8 to $15 just to auto publish. I also had to jump through a few hoops to cancel. The pages like “look at your benefits! Are you sure?” and it was required that I answer a question about how I would be managing my social media now that I’m no longer paying.

After all of this, I’m definitely on the lookout for something new.

Hello! We appreciate your feedback about our cancellation process and will be sure to share that with the team. The intent of these questions is to help us improve the Later experience down the road, so we appreciate any insight you provide.

As for Auto Publishing single image or video posts, this is available on all Later plans, including Free. You do need to have an Instagram business profile in order to enable this feature, but this is an Instagram API requirement, not subject to the type of subscription you have.

App Crashing

So I just did my first post on this app yesterday. I was really upset to see that some of my photos got resized and ended up blurry. In the app, I followed all the guidelines it suggested to fix the errors. My account keeps disconnecting and now I got too many likes on a post to suddenly delete it because the pics aren’t the best quality. The online website looks dope. I hope this can be fixed soon. I will try posting again this week! Tried posting this week and things went better my only issue is that I have to keep logging into my account. It keeps saying “connection expired”.

I keep having to reconnect my account?!?! Why does that keep happening?

Hi there! If you are scheduling images to Auto Publish and they exceed Instagram's size limitations, it's possible the images are being compressed/resized as they process through Instagram's API.
