Students can be sent and e-mail or text when their laundry is complete. Students can also report service to Automatic Laundry and contact the company directly without opening another program.

App is deactivated and machines get filled up with coins and therefore don't work
Absolute lack of respect for the customers, they don't come to collect the coins so machines get quickly filled up and decline more coins, therefore no service is offered and we can't pay by app because it's deactivated by the publisher.
