This is the 3rd time I’ll be using this app since it was updated; it is SUPER buggy now, I have to restart my phone or disconnect from the laundromat WiFi 10 times just to get it to work. It’s an awesome concept and saves me money, with the loyalty points, but it’s getting extremely frustrating to try to use.

Great and no fee’s 👍🏻

So much better than using quarters. Person at my local place showed me how to use it, the app texted me when my machine had 1 min left till I could toss in the dryer. The loyalty points allowed me to get a free wash. No fee’s for using the app. Finally we have a laundromat app that is modernized.

No accountability

This app has absolutely no customer service department to help with anything relating to the app and their app support page gives an invalid customer support email. I had an issue in the app where I accidentally deleted my account from my local laundry and had a remaining balance as well as 2000+ loyalty points. I have no recourse whatsoever and the actual laundry facility can not issue me a refund for the remaining money I had left. Id suggest you stay away from this app with predatory practices.
