Love the app as far as work goes. I like the way it helps you with your route, how easy it is to get jobs. We do have issues with yards being one size but get there and it is twice the size sometimes. Customers don’t realize we are a sub contractor so we don’t get all of the money they are paying. Not only that we have gone to some yards and would say we cancel or paused service but lawn love would still put them on schedule. I have had many complaints for customers about this app.

It’s a great way to start your business

The app works great. Makes it really easy. Accepting jobs and the route it sets up is a great help. It is very easy to use. Anyone wanting to start a landscape business will benefit a lot from the not only job offers but also the way it does the scheduling. But the payouts are ridiculously low. I understand lawn love needs to make their money but 35 and if you’re lucky 40 dollars to mow a half acre property when the details say it’s only “.25” or “.35 acres is ridiculous. Not everyone has a zero turn. Also I’ve shown up to more than 15 yards this season that were first service and the customers come out angry cause they cancelled their service and even had a few say they got a quote and decided not to go with lawn love but they still put that job out and now I have to skip or reschedule the service cause they never respond when I notify them that customer requested to cancel and my ratings go down because of it. When I show up to yards where the grass has not grown I use the options available in app and it still counts it as an incomplete job negatively affecting my on time completion causing my tier level to drop. Why should I be penalized for having integrity and not mowing a yard that does not need to be mowed? Helpful app but the tier and rating system is horrible.

Apps need to be upgraded and more jobs available for pro

Unbelievable I recommend my friends and regret it they don’t give u allot of order as new starter They send u what the the other pros don’t accept and if u don’t accept it u won’t be able to get anymore orders when u first start signing up they will show u allot of jobs but once you put ur ss number u won’t be getting no order when no one takes on the job they put multiple dates for the same job and count it as 6 because they has six different days for u to choose from I will give them a one star until I start receiving multiple orders and the app gets better I will update my review I have been waiting 3 days without a job if your planning and use them to start your business I would say your better off with some one else
