App is very laggy

When using the app to either complete jobs, upload pictures, or claim jobs the app is so laggy you will literally miss jobs. My app is up to date and it’s not service signal issue. Has been this way for awhile now. It’s a good platform to help start businesses out but the lagging issues are terrible.

HORRIBLE

Wow! I just got off the phone with a representative which I think I the founders girlfriend she was lying the whole time! I called to set my account up as a provider and she tells me that no one is available to approve applications on the weekend,okay no problem. But me and my husband sent all of our information in Friday morning and everything was going well until the representative that was texting me got mad at me because I was setting up the account for our family business. I used my husband name and put bank account that we share, the representative texting me starts to over question me like as if we were doing something wrong. Long story short we completed everything for 2pm Friday one representative said that the application/account was processed and setup. Then I go to the app today and it’s not set up I call the representative tells me because me and the text representative had words my application was denied. Huh????? How unprofessional is it to deny help when you need help. That brought me here because this Lawn Guru app is a JOKE! They took ALL of me and my husband personally information full social security number front/back of our license and for what to deny application, because a difference of opinion?!?!? They are fraud and this should be looked into before they start selling people information!

The app crashes every day and you’ll have to delete and re download it. The support people are total tools. You will never know if they pay you correctly because they won’t show or tell you what jobs they have paid for and when. Just random deposits. When you go to upload pictures it will just pick random pictures from your phone not the one that you want. Gotta take them straight through the app or it won’t work. If the app crashes in the middle of the job you’ll have to wait for it to redownload and then they question you because you only spent a min on the job according to them when you actually spent 15 cutting the lawn and 20 playing with the app.

HUGEERECTIION - it can be hard to think when all the blood is in your head but not your brain! We've not heard any of this feedback from any of the pros who use us on the daily, but do appreciate you sharing - we'll be sure to have Dev Ops dig on this. You are going to love the new payments tab coming in the update in the next few weeks! In the meantime, your payments should flawlessly match your job history unless you've had a bunch of problems with your quality of work. Like all our pros, you're also welcome to ask for a detailed report at any time. PS calling our support people tools is LAME. You've probably barely interacted with them since they are wonderful people helping you out with all the free jobs you're adding to your business. They also keep you from having to pay a back-office person with your customer issues? Seriously - they are nice. I'm on the social team so I get to flagrantly poke fun at you while responding here.
