I used the app for the last 2 months paying my utility bill on time but for some reason the payment didn’t go through either time even though I had a pending charge at my bank both times. Today my water was shut off because the app doesn’t work properly. I would give this 0 stars if possible.
Worst app I’ve ever used
The design and layout of the app is horrible, but most importantly because the app is so buggy the last three months I’ve paid my bill in full, having a pending charge with my bank, then find out I now owe three months plus late fees.
