Worst business model ever!

Imagine a world where you cannot buy a plane ticket more than 3 days in advance.
Imagine if you cannot book hotels more than 3 days in advance. This is the LCR experience.
Additionally, you can only book up to 2-3 tickets.
This system only exists so you are forced to use “back door” deals for extra money, but good luck trying to do that unless you know someone and speak the language.

Works well for the domestic users

As a newly launched beta version, this app certainly has much room to improve. But as a demanding person, I am glad at least now I I can use it and from it I can see an easier way of international traveling is coming. This is a just a start, in my children’s generation, this will make travel between Laos and its neighbor countries easier.

Make it easier for foreigners

You have 3-4 million tourists a year and yet you don’t make it easy to buy tickets. You assume everyone will have a Lao phone number to verify but that’s not the case. Why do you even need to verify? If the passport don’t match when checked then it’s not verified. And please correct the default date to current date instead of several days back.
