LDB Merchant is an application which supports LDB Agency function. Therefore, in this application, you can either register as LDB Merchant or LDB Agency, or both of them. For those users who registered as both LDB Merchant and LDB Agency, you can easily switch from one function to the other one with a couple of steps.

LDB Merchant services allow customers to scan QR code to securely and quickly make payments.

LDB AGENCY refers to as a retail that is contracted with LDB to offer financial services and facilitate transactions for customers through smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices. LDB AGENCY is operating under the supervision of the bank of the Lao PDR. Agents of LDB can use the LDB Agency system to receive payments, cash in and cash out for LDB Wallet’s customers.

LDB Agency’s features
• View account balance and transaction history of both LDB Agency accounts and LDB accounts.
• Generate QR code to let customers scan when making payments.
• Provide cash-in services to let customers deposit cash to LDB Wallet accounts (an agent scans QR code generated by customers).
• Provide cash-out services to let customers withdraw cash from LDB Wallet accounts (an agent generates QR code for customers to scan).
