Fantastic Workout App - great moves and positivity!

I have been following Charlee since she was “Trainer of the Month” for Well + Good and then also on playbook. I love how enthusiastic she is and the tips she gives as she powers through the exercises with you. Her candid nature is refreshing, and her enthusiasm is contagious! When she started live workouts on IG I saved as many as were available and joined the live whenever I could. So excited about the app! Charlee makes every workout fun! Even if I am just not in the mood to work out, (we’ve all been there!) once I start a session with her I forget about that 5 minutes in as I am too busy trying to keep up with her and feeling her positive energy through the screen. I never thought I’d love workouts with bands, dumbbells, etc as I’m a yogi that always preferred body weight, but now I find myself gravitating towards those workouts more, and they are making me strong 💪🏻 I highly recommend the app to anyone looking for challenging fun workouts! The app is easy to use, I can save all my favorite workouts to a list and download them for on the go workouts when I don’t have wifi. Charlee also has 28 day challenges that really motivate with weekly 7 min sessions for abs and arms (so far, I am sure there are more to come!) that brings our community together as we check in with each other to motivate and work towards common goals😃

A coach by your side

Charlee Atkins does an exceptional job at communicating the workouts in such a way that you are always reminded to use correct form so that the workouts are effective and you feel supported as if she is right there with you in person. I appreciate how she tells us how the workouts can be implemented in our daily life toward the end of the workouts as well as providing background information about the workouts through out the start of the session. So I'm not only strictly working out but I’m also learning the why. I admire her professionalism and her genuine interest in our concerns and feedback. I really enjoy how she adds other professional fitness trainers on her app who share the same vision and do an excellent job at communicating the movements. Charlee Atkins provides quality workouts that are safe, effective and Make me feel strong afterwards.
Last but not Least:
Her app is very organized and clean. She adds a written description of the workouts and what equipment is needed. The app is categorized by body parts, types of workouts with great pictures and the length of time for the workout. For long term programs you can print out a calendar to keep track. The app has a lot of content and is updated with new videos. I’m excited to see what is to come.

4-week training guide is what I never knew I needed

When I first downloaded the app I had started doing random workouts that seemed to target the areas I wanted to focus on. I was doing pretty good with it, a workout once a day maybe trickled to a workout every other day, and so on so I decided I needed more discipline. My boyfriend and I started the 4-week training guide together and now we’re two weeks in. I already feel so much stronger than just a couple of weeks ago and after seeing my mom for the first time after a month, the first thing she said was how she noticed how much more toned my legs were since the last time she saw me. This training guide holds us accountable, but also keeps us doing workouts we wouldn’t normally do (stretches or arms because we want to be focusing a lot of core and lower body). Don’t let happy, energetic Charlee in a hot pink outfit fool you, we drip sweat to our mat every single workout-they’re no joke even as easy as she makes it look! I’ve never been able to even do a downward dog without feeling so strained, and now I do it with ease into plank position. Amazing what two weeks of consistency can do. Thanks for this amazing guide that’s keeping us in check! Highly recommend if you’re someone that needs a feeling of a personal trainer behind you telling you what to do, when.
