I switched over to Le Tote from using Rent the Runway unlimited services because of pregnancy and needed a subscription service that carries maternity wear. Pros to Le Tote and the App, easy to navigate closet, much cheaper than RTR, clothing items available for review of more tote within a few hours of dropping off the package for return, meaning you can stay consistently on top of your closet and get fresh clothes for the weekend each weekend. Cons, the jewelry quality of necklaces is often cheap chains despite pretty pendants, the app doesn't allow you describe issues with clothing, only check boxes, there can be issues with your closet and picking items available within your season. I live in Texas and it's still in the 80-90s during the day but since October my boxes have repeatedly shown long sleeves that I then have to swap out prior to confirming my tote. Overall good app and good customer service, but not same level of flexibility I was used to with RTR. Will probably go back to RTR after I have the baby despite additional cost.

The app is easy to use and there is a nice selection of clothes to choose from. (I order only office wear, so don’t depend too much on the daily weather and am not trying to set trends.) I hate shopping and don’t have much time. In stores I have often bought things I regretted later. LeTote saves me time, reduces my stress level and let’s me try new things. If occasionally I don’t like something, it’s not a big deal. It took me maybe three totes until I had a good idea of what I liked. Since then I almost always enjoy what I order and for the most part the clothes fit well. The quality of the clothes is much better than what I would usually buy in a store, and the selection is broader than what I have easy access to in stores in my area. I also like that I don’t have to worry about caring for the clothes. (I have way a of messing things up in the laundry.) I usually don’t buy clothes from LeTote but I have purchased a few items at a very good price. LeTote once made a small mistake on my billing, but immediately responded to my email, corrected their mistake and gave me a gift certificate as an apology. LeTote has changed my life for the better. I recommend it to people who are busy, don’t enjoy shopping in stores, and prefer a steady budget over unpredictable expenses.

Not enough available clothes.
I have been with LeTote for close to a year and have been disappointed many times with the selection of available styles. I see ads that show great clothes but I have never seen them available to wear. Most things I want are not available or not available in my size. I still haven’t gotten sizes right because my last two shipments had mediums that were more like smalls. I haven’t gained any weight either.
I got my daughter a free tote but they couldn’t get it right. Since her last name and our address were the same they canceled it without notice. Then she had to pick another tote and the things she wanted from before we’re not available, of course. She could never get on the site because her password never worked after each password change and login. She only got 48 hours to wait for the clothes like LeTote said to do but nothing came up so half of her shipment was stuff she didn’t want. She finally canceled because none of the clothes she really wanted were available and the site didn’t work. I’m very close to canceling because I am always promised it will get better....and so far, it has not. Please don’t ask me to reach out and send you another email LeTote, I’ve sent enough over the last year about these problems and they remain. Until you get more clothes, maybe you should quit taking in new clients and make the ones you have happy.
