I have been using this app to help me manage my agency and multiple businesses that my agency manages. It took me and my staff a few years to completely understand the capabilities of this app, once you totally understand all the features there is nothing like this. I have to admit it was frustrating for the first couple of years, if it was not for my tech team i would have given up on it long time ago, its definitely not for somebody who is not technologically savvy , and the app is not ready to use out the box. You will need proper training and assistance to put this tool to work, but once you do it its the best tool you can possibly find at this price range to manage multiple businesses so smoothly.

There’s a lot about this app I like, and it helps me run my service business pretty effectively. The web app is great, but the mobile app leaves a lot to be desired. First - the call functionality is very subpar. I can be on a great WiFi connection and still receive constant (literally, the ENTIRE time I’m on a call) buzzing/vibration that the phone is low quality. For a lead-based business, the constant issues with the phone is basically a non-starter for me. Second - there appears to be a glitch in the current version of the app where you get logged out, and then re-logging in does not clear existing sessions. This is most apparent when you receive push notifications: each notification sends five (and counting) notifications to my phone. Not sure how to fix this but it is very annoying. Lot to like here but the mobile app needs some bug fixes!

This platform is amazing! It does the work of 10+ apps in one. I’m in love with how in touch I am with my business no matter where I am. The new calendar update introduced great increased functionality, however the old version was much easier to identify the status of the appointment bc the whole appointment shows the corresponding color, ie canceled status, whole appointment was in red. Now there is just the tiniest dot to the left of the appointment that is color coded. Older people can’t see that as easily. Is it possible to reincorporate that?

All of your essential business need-to-knows at a glance. Although I’ve only been using this app for a few weeks it’s already taking my customer and prospective client communications to a new level. I love having all of my business vitals at my finger tips. Before using lead connector, opportunities were getting lost, and now? For me, follow up is now easy to stay on top of! For them? Just Wow! 😃
