Can’t Change Password

Fortunately when I originally signed up, I used a unique password, but I’m in the process of changing all my passwords due to a data breach, and even though my new password checks all the security boxes (mixed cases, numbers, and special characters), the boxes are not clearing, and it’s refusing to accept my new password. I’ve attempted this both in the browser and app, with no avail. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon, otherwise, I’ll need to ditch it.

We're sorry you're having difficult changing your password. Our passwords do have special requirements to maintain PCI-DSS compliance. Passwords must be between 7 and 20 characters, contain a number, and contain a special character.

Bogus app

Sort of works but no updates until the next bowling event (very lame), would like to see how I did and my new averages but that isn’t possible. I also can’t add myself to the league, says someone else is me. Do not recommend. My issue is resolved with adding my league. Guess the other part is not fixable unless the bowling alley reports sooner?

In the first couple weeks of your league the standings will require a league manager verification to process scores but after the first couple of weeks you will notice that standings updates will be immediately after league. Search function

My original review was harsh but the search function needs work. Can’t find your bowling alley and it always defaults to alleys nowhere near your location. To find your league you need to search for the EXACT name of the league then it might come up.

We're sorry you're having difficulty finding your league in the league lobby. The search supports League Name, Center Name, and Zip Code as the field states. Please do utilize one of those search queries and should be able to find your league. Additionally if you enable location services when on this page it will automatically use your location to find centers/leagues nearest to you.
