24 hour monitoring with 8 hour service?

I thought this invention and accompanying app was brilliant, until a few month in when it detected a leak, on a Friday morning, and when I called the emergency support number I reached a voicemail stating they’re closed until Monday. At that point I looked further to discover they’re only open M-F from 8am-6pm. I did end up getting a phone call from the UK about 6 hours later, but it’s still quite concerning that they are trying to offer 24 hour monitoring but do not offer a 24 hour way to access further information should the device a leak.

Internet Connection Problem

I have the ability to connect to the internet and I have tried Wi-Fi and cellular connection both of which allow me to write this and view sites with no problem, but the application won’t move on till it can use the internet connection.

Called support at 4:50pm and they are open till 6pm and no one answered. I have limited time in my day to deal with such things and when I call within the specified hours I would expect someone to pick up or call before 6 to help solve my issue.

Worst Customer Service

Constant emails about high water usage. I complained several times that the Emails were not helpful. We are a family of five adults. Showers, laundry dishes garden, pool etc. same water bill for the last ten years. 25 day wait to have a technician come out. Sent the unit back.
