LeakBot 4+

…but LeakBot is outstanding. It helped me find a leak on the outside faucet and I’m sure save me a lot of money.

Once again LeakBot saved the day. It identified a leaking faucet in front of my house. It’s awesome and probably saved me hundreds of dollars the three or four times its helped me. Highly recommend.

When my insurance company sent me the LeakBot, I wasn’t sure how it would work and if would work at all.
After almost 2 years the system noticed me about a small leak somewhere in the house and showed me where to look for the leak. I couldn’t find anything so I reset the app, 3 day later the same notification pop up. This time I called support, the set an appointment for a the technician to come, find the leak and fix it a no cost to me. ( I’m sure the insurance company is paying for it.
The tech show up and in couple hours he found the problem, fixed and left… it was that easy.
The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the app does not give an option to reset the system by saying that the leak was fixed by a LeakBot technician. The options are, call support or I fixed myself.

I thought this invention and accompanying app was brilliant, until a few month in when it detected a leak, on a Friday morning, and when I called the emergency support number I reached a voicemail stating they’re closed until Monday. At that point I looked further to discover they’re only open M-F from 8am-6pm. I did end up getting a phone call from the UK about 6 hours later, but it’s still quite concerning that they are trying to offer 24 hour monitoring but do not offer a 24 hour way to access further information should the device a leak.
