Name is a little misleading...

This doesn’t teach you the game. It’s just to practice payouts. You will need prior knowledge of the game for this to be useful. I was hoping this would be a bit more informative. Still, a well designed app. Seems to be without many glitches. There are however no explanations given in regards to the payouts. It’s up to you to already know the game and then it’s basically just practice payouts that the app sets up for you.

Thank you for the feedback. The app is for those who are “Learning To Deal” not “How to Deal”. As posted in the description, you aren’t able to learn how to deal just from the app. I leave that to the schools and table game trainers. Everyone teaches differently so I want to make sure the app was here to assist instructors and dealers to practice their payouts as they are Learning To Deal.

I hope this answers any concerns or questions you may have. Please let me know if I can help in anyway.

Simple addition would make all the difference.

The app should be call Practice Dealing Craps instead of Learn to Deal Craps because it teaches you absolutely nothing. You’re expected to already know all the payouts all the positions at the table and where the chips lay . If you don’t already know these things don’t expect this app to teach you or even have a reference to look at to find out. It’s basically just a way to practice what it assumes you already know. That being said, the drills do come in handy and when learning to deal craps this can help cement in your head things that can quickly become overwhelming. I’d love to see a simple add on if just a reference to the payouts a student could look at or even a video explaining the different areas of the layout and what goes where and things of that nature. 2.5 stars.

Awesome

Another amazing app for those who are learning to deal the game and want to practice on their own time. The payouts (16 to one / 15 to one) and table limits are customizable and you can go at your own pace. This app is super helpful and letting me cement the knowledge I am taking from class lessons so I won’t forget it. Also, making the mistakes and learning from them in the app is much better than messing up on a live game. Awesome app! I highly recommend all the Learn to Deal Apps!
