Lecture Note Taker: HazelNote 4+

After getting rave reviews from a trusted source, the app failed to work. I used last night to record a 2 hr community meeting. It appeared to be recording and as soon as I clicked the red button to end the recording, the app came back with NOTHING. Showed a screen that it was preparing to upload to 15+ minutes and then failed with a timed out message.

The support person (via email exchange) said I needed an account setup but at no point was I prompted to create an account nor are there any capabilities to create an account. Very frustrating.

Hopefully I can get my money back.

It works very well for most people but I'm sorry it did not work for you. We are currently only a 3 person team, we are constantly giving updates and fixing this bugs and giving new update.

I am so very disappointed in this app. I tried using it today to record 1.5 hr meeting. It appeared to be recording and as soon as I clicked the red button to end the recording, the app came back with NOTHING. Don't waste your time with the free trial nor your money, use a platform that's dependable when you need it, like AI Wave or Fireflies, if you don't want to be as disappointed as I am now.
