Who Are The Doctors?
Clinical services on Lee TeleHealth are provided by Online Care Group – the nation’s first and largest primary care group devoted to TeleHealth. Doctors on Lee TeleHealth:
•Have an average of 15-years of experience in primary and urgent care
•Are US Board Certified, licensed, and credentialed
•Have profiles, so you can see their education and practice experience
•Are rated by other patients, so you can review and select the doctor that meets your needs
How do I add my spouse?
•Your spouse should create a separate account to enroll.
How do I add a child to my account?
•Parents and guardians can add their children who are under age 18 to their account and have doctor visits on their behalf. Enroll yourself first and then add your child or dependent on your account.
What should I do if I have a child over 18 who is still on my health insurance?
•They should enroll as an adult and create their own separate account.
If you use Apple Health, you can choose to share your health information such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information and respiratory rate, with the provider during your virtual video visit.

Today I’ve been experiencing horrible tooth pain with an abscess in the top portion of my rear jaw my dentist that I’ve been going to for years require that I come in and get seen and pay the visit fee even though they have already diagnosed my tooth all I was asking was for antibiotics and they wanted $200 this was very easy to set up it was absolutely free and my antibiotics will be waiting at the pharmacy shortly this is going to help me out a great deal as I am raising a family of four on one income thank you very much for all your help and I will refer this program to anyone that needs it thanks again Mike US Navy veteran
Both my daughter and I enjoyed the telehealth visit. It is such an amazing thing, not to even have to leave your home to get the care and level of concern that you would have if you went to your own doctor.
I have attempted to use this application 4-5 times now in one night. I have waiting almost three hours to be connected with one single provider and as soon as I am next in line or in the top four, the system transfers me to another provider because my original provider is no longer available. The problem with this, is that it sends me to the back of the line with a new provider and - like I said - I began this process at 5PM. It is now 8PM and I’m still trying to get a provider to see me. Literally in the verge of tears; this is so frustrating!!!!
