First, it makes no difference how much money you spend, you just get 1 point per receipt. Take the family out, pay for each meal separately and you can rack up the points faster. But pay for it all on 1 bill and only get 1 point.Regardless of how much you spend, you can only redeem for a 2-piece meal. (Additional charges may apply.). It says for Classic or Strips. Trouble is, they do not offer strips in a 2-piece meal; only in a 3-piece or 5-piece. Every time I try to redeem for the strips, I run into issues. So much so, I have not tried redeeming for a long time. It is too frustrating.

Although the food is good, it takes the restaurant down a couple notches when they can’t get your order correct. I got the 12pc breast strips meal with 3 sides. Well I didn’t get my 3rd side, green beans. So we had chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy with biscuits. No green beans! $37 for this meal. I am making this out to be a big deal because it seems no one pays attention anymore. It’s almost expected that you won’t get a complete order when you order out. Restaurant personnel are not checking orders & no one is double checking. Customers then end up with a partial order. It happens far too often. You’re surprised when you get a full order! People are stretching their dollars as far as possible to feed their families & for someone not to take a minute to double check an order are not doing their jobs & will get a bad review &/or start losing customers. Come on people! Step it up! I know it’s not your dream job, but have some pride in what you’re doing, even if it’s scrubbing toilets! Someone will appreciate it! Even if they don’t, you can always go to bed at night knowing you did your job to the best of your ability.

I just wanna give the ladies working the props they truly deserve. It was pretty busy when I picked up but they were happy and friendly and were taking care of everyone quickly. I wish there were more places with service like this!!

I have gone to 2 different locations in 3 different states since i got the app which is of little use. At two of the stores they had no idea how the app was used and at one of them the app claims the store was open for five hours later than it actually was. The one store that knew about the app said i would have to jump through a lot of hoops to get a credit for my purchase which i have been unable to do since my phone is lacking another app they said i needed. Like their food and often go out of my way to get it. Miss the two stores they had in my home town when i was a kid.
