The app doesn’t want to load or let me enter all my credit card info once it does decide to load. Only room in the pick up line for a few cars so I always try to order ahead. Over all definitely need to hire someone to update the app and make it more user friendly. Lees has very good food and service in my small town but the app leaves room for improvement.

I really like this place, but whoever designed your app did a poor job. Buttons don’t work, selections delete themselves, never ending loading. I just dealt with so many issues from this app it took us over 45 minutes to get an order put together on the app. $70 order, wouldn’t load my saved payment options I’ve used with no issues for some unknown reasonBy the time the order was ready to be placed it would only let me fill out an order for tomorrow morning. Your app is so bad it cost your restaurant a large order

Although the food is good, it takes the restaurant down a couple notches when they can’t get your order correct. I got the 12pc breast strips meal with 3 sides. Well I didn’t get my 3rd side, green beans. So we had chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy with biscuits. No green beans! $37 for this meal. I am making this out to be a big deal because it seems no one pays attention anymore. It’s almost expected that you won’t get a complete order when you order out. Restaurant personnel are not checking orders & no one is double checking. Customers then end up with a partial order. It happens far too often. You’re surprised when you get a full order! People are stretching their dollars as far as possible to feed their families & for someone not to take a minute to double check an order are not doing their jobs & will get a bad review &/or start losing customers. Come on people! Step it up! I know it’s not your dream job, but have some pride in what you’re doing, even if it’s scrubbing toilets! Someone will appreciate it! Even if they don’t, you can always go to bed at night knowing you did your job to the best of your ability.

I have gone to 2 different locations in 3 different states since i got the app which is of little use. At two of the stores they had no idea how the app was used and at one of them the app claims the store was open for five hours later than it actually was. The one store that knew about the app said i would have to jump through a lot of hoops to get a credit for my purchase which i have been unable to do since my phone is lacking another app they said i needed. Like their food and often go out of my way to get it. Miss the two stores they had in my home town when i was a kid.

The Berea, Ky store is a great place to get your chicken! I been going there for years and never had a problem with my orders. I work at the station across the road from Clark’s Arco. They recently built a KFC right beside our station. I use to love KFC, but after trying both a few times Lee’s famous recipe original is by far the best. I hope this helps you make your next decision. Oh the potato wedges are to die for and they have very good corn on the cob!

I love that I can earn rewards for purchasing food! I love that I can order in the app! I dislike that the entire menu isn’t able to ordered from the app. I can’t order fried pickles, biscuits, or the country fried steak in the app to name a few popular menu items. I have no other complaints about the app outside and not being able to order all of my favorite foods in advance. It sort of defeats the purpose of the app in my opinion.
