Makes my blood pressure rise thinking about it
Login process is subpar to say the least.
Facial recognition is quick (1st scan), but then does a second scan after several seconds (timing seems to vary). Be sure not to look away for a second or you’ll miss the second scan and have to tap “try again”. Have to keep staring at screen or it fails the second scan (WHY twice??).
Frequently have to delete and reinstall app because it starts making me re-type my login details every time I open it up. Reinstalling helps for a little while.
Won’t sync my steps from mobile provider. Have tried numerous tactics. And no, deleting my Apple Watch and re-syncing it doesn’t help (which is the go-to solution from their tech team because there’s no way it’s not the apps fault). I’m tired of dealing with this app but am captive to it through a work program. Other programs inside app are good, but the app itself is a major Stress Inducer!
App Greys Out and is Unusable on Login
I’m no longer having issues with syncing information from the Health app (so amended my one star rating to two).
Now, once logged in, the background of the main screen adopts a grey color shading and doesn’t allow me to scroll down or click anything within the main tab. It is almost like there is a hidden window keeping the tab inactive (difficult to describe). I can access settings and other tabs but not the main (and most information filled) section of the app. So, I’m unable to access any of the videos and other extra content that StayWell offers within the app.
The app has been this way for the last two months. I’m afraid to uninstall the app to see if that would fix it, since it took a lot of work getting Health data to sync.
It would be helpful if the people who create and publish the app would take the time to use and test all of the features of the app to ensure they WORK! When you sign in the screen goes blank because some pop up appears which you can’t get rid of. The only way out of it is to press menu in the lower right corner. When using “programs>self-directed coaching>eat well>use”, some of the features don’t work! Videos go black or doesn’t play at all. Fix-it or don’t have companies require us to use it!!!!
