Cool game but it freezes a lot and I have to restart the app.

I was excited to see a new copycat game of Puzzles and Survival, and had hopes it wasn’t overrun by people dropping $100/day on it. It wasn’t yet, thankfully. It was a good game until I ran into a bunch of glitches and had a bad experience with support.

The game has always had minor glitches, but I was able to get past them. With the latest big update though I lost the ability to upgrade buildings. If you can’t upgrade buildings, you can’t advance in the game. I waited a couple of days until another update, but it still wasn’t fixed.

I raised support through the app about it and it was not a good experience. They told me to delete and reinstall the game, I did, and still had the same issue. They tried telling me that I didn’t have the latest version installed when there wasn’t an update available in the App Store - and showed screenshots to prove so. They completely ignored my messages and came back to say the team is “working on it”, but did not give me a timeline. They won’t give me a refund on what I’ve spent on the game because I’ve “already benefited from it” - I did, but no longer do because of these issues.

Between this ongoing glitch and the gaslighting support threw at me, the game has totally been ruined. I’ll never download a game by Babil ever again.

If you encounter a technical issue, it will take time to be resolved, and we cannot give you a time frame for this, but we can assure you that we did not neglect any issue and are working hard to address any problem in our game.
Keep in mind that our game is still in its early stages, and many enhancements will be implemented in our upcoming updates. Also, we're working on big improvements that will be helpful for our beloved players.

Do not spend money on this game. Half the time it does not work and you are out of money. Ask too much to get something using your own diamonds. Research of an alliance tech ? Takes almost a day??? Cannot give because everything is waiting to research, so cannot grow. Cannot port to another server if you do not like the one you are on. Graphics are cool and the set up is cool. Just DEVS being greedy to get your money, with nothing in return, claiming “it is a new game with bugs”. Even though you send them proof of what you have spent, pictures and videos. Better to go to puzzles and conquest or even puzzles and survival. Way better and not so greedy with your money. FTP? Not gonna happen if you want to grow. Sad really, it could be a great game.

Thanks for the feedback. Keep in mind that you can level up without making any purchases; this is a skill-based game that relies on your own effort, as there are many events and tasks that can help you advance in the game.
