Simplicity at it’s best! I had my own domain until this month when I realized how much I was paying for my site to stay active. I’m a student and couldn’t afford the site any longer. I looked for free web builders, but I didn’t like the interface nor the ads of those more popular sites. The ads are quite distracting. I came across this app. I built my site in less than an hour and was able to view it on my laptop. I’m amazed! Someday I will be able to pay for a domain again and I’ll stick with you guys. Thanks!

I started using this program some years ago and was very happy with it as I could build my site and manage it with an ipad. The customer service was good and they were very helpful when I needed help. All that changed abruptly in August of 2024, when my site was not accessible and I couldn’t get hold of anyone in customer service. August is the busiest time of the year for my business, and this was a major problem for us. When potential customers try to access your site and get the message “Proceed further at your own risk. To do so may risk serious problems…” (or something fairly similar to this)….it doesn’t exactly give you street cred. If the company knew there was a problem, it would have been nice to be notified rather than hold out hope that the issues (whatever they were) might be resolved. I hope y’all get it together and straighten out these issues, as this product was pretty darn good at one time, but please spend some time being kinder to your supporters. If the app is having problems, just be transparent about it. When it worked I would give the app 4/5 stars. I am giving you a bad rating for your lack of customer service right now…Months of unresponsiveness just doesn’t cut it.

Dont waste your time or Money as this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with if completely unprofessional I’ve sent 5 messages since the website is not working and still no response. But I have to do it all over a different way with a different software and company.Reply to developer:Nope nothing on my spam or inbox and I’ve sent 6-7 emails into you all including one yesterday and still no response and also if you reply to every message why am still not able to get into the website to edit or do anything and my issue continues unresolved, its like I’ve been locked out of it and that was every since I’ve email asking for a refund of the SSL since you all were taking 3-5 days to respond to my support request meanwhile the site wasn’t working and as a business we cant afford to have our website down with no support available for that long. I even tried calling the number on the receipt for the SSL that i paid for that was never installed by you all and its out of service. Sounds like you all are not really a serious or professional business.

First let me say I actually love the product. It’s easy to use and it’s very affordable however, their customer support has become so poor lately it’s not even worth sharing the company with those who would benefit from it. I’ve reached out to them well over a week ago and their hasn’t been a response or an acknowledgment of “we’re working through it”. In the past it was 2-3 days before a response, then a week, then 10 days. It continues to be such an issue I’m probably going to have to go to a monthly payment to have a better experience. I want to change the review but the support experiences lately force me to have to leave 1 star AND more than likely dispute charges with my bank.
