This app is a minimalistic power nap timer and tracker, that'll help you be more productive by helping you take naps. (Yes, you read that right.)
What is a power nap?
A power nap is a short sleep taken during the working day to revitalize the body and mind. It terminates before the body can enter deep sleep.
According to WebMD, a 20 minute power nap is good for alertness and motor learning skills. This nap should leave you feeling alert, cheerful and productive. A 30 to 60 minute nap is good for improving decision-making skills.
How does the app work? (You really don't need to read this section, this app is a no brainer!)
1. Open the app to a funny quote or informative nap fact.
2. Choose the desired nap time.
3. Start timer and lock device.
4. Once the alarm rings, wake up refreshed!
5. Keep track of your nap patterns in the Nap History tab.
6. Change alarm sounds or number of loops in Sound Settings tab.

Introducing Siri Shortcuts: Siri will now automatically suggest naps based on patterns when you pull down search from home screen. You can also set up custom phrases in Siri Settings to open app and run timer with your voice. This comes in handy for all the lazy folks out there who do not want to open the app and set the duration manually.
Day average: The nap history tab will show you the average daily nap time. This will help you keep track and make changes to your nap patterns or adjust night sleep timings to have a more productive day. The average is calculated based on all the days you took a nap and doesn't include days you skip a nap (cause skipping naps is a crime).
Reminders: Set up to four daily reminders (cause there's nothing like too many naps).
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
