Can’t log in
I have been using this app for going on 2 years now and love it. For the last two months I am not able to go in and make payment on my account. Please get this fixed.
Doesn’t let you login after updating to new phone number!
Been using app for couple years on my Galaxy S10 app with no problems. Back in September 2019 I got a new phone and to get a good deal I had to change my phone number as well. Download app on new phone which is iPhone 11. When I try to log in it wants to verify me by sending a text to my old phone number or calling that old number which is no longer in service. I called my local branch to update my phone number & explain the situation that I need to be able to log in on new phone in order to pay my bill each month as that’s what I use the app for. Even after having phone number updated in their system I still can’t log in without it want to text/call my old phone number. I have even tried deleting app and reinstalling twice & each time it still wants to text/call old number despite my having updated it with Lendmark months ago. So how in the heck am I supposed to log in???? Thank god I still have the old phone and can use the WiFi to pay in the app on old phone. But this is super inconvenient since I no longer use that since it’s disconnected and I’m using the new phone & number. I can use my current one to pay all my other bills in their apps. Even my regular bank had no issues with the updated phone number, just this company for some reason only seems to recognize your original phone number only. You people really NEED to fix this ASAP please PLEASE!!! Thx
