Every meeting gets an agenda with a timer on each topic, notes your team writes together, and action items that keep showing up until someone closes them.
Less Meeting sits on top of the calendar you already use. Your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace meetings arrive on their own, and whatever you capture on your phone is on the web before you leave the room.
RUN THE MEETING
• Timed agendas with a clock per topic, so a five-minute item takes five minutes
• Notes, decisions and action items captured while people are still talking
• Attendance marked as the room fills up
• A parking lot for anything that deserves its own meeting
• Whiteboard photos, files, sketches and audio attached to the meeting they belong to
• Huddles for the conversations nobody put on a calendar
CLOSE IT OUT
• End the meeting and minutes go out to everyone who was there
• Action items reach their owners with automated follow-up reminders
• Open items carry forward to the next occurrence of a recurring meeting until they are done
CHASE THE FOLLOW-UP
• One list of what you owe other people and what they owe you
• Reassign an item or move its due date, and filter the whole list by person
• Syncs with Apple Calendar and Reminders, so your work is where you already look for it
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Nothing outside your team joins the call. Less Meeting sends no bot and produces no transcript. Audio you record yourself stays on the device and is never uploaded. Notes are encrypted and belong to your company.
WORKS WHERE YOU DO
Sign in with Google, Microsoft or a password, or keep everything on this device without a Less Meeting account. If your account uses two-factor authentication, enter your code when you sign in. iPhone, iPad and the web app stay in step.
PLANS
The app is free to download. A Less Meeting account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card up front, and you can bring your whole team into the trial. After that, Personal is $12 per month for one person and Team is $5.90 per user per month, billed in groups of 10. Plans and seats are managed at lessmeeting.com.
SINCE 2011
190,000+ meetings run with a timed agenda. 418,000+ action items closed, 84.5% of everything created. 72% of timed meetings finish on schedule or ahead of it.

Missed Opportunity. Glitchy, inconsistent, waste of money
Owenekul
After spending $1,180 for a year of licenses for my staff, I can honestly say that the app isn't worth $1. It crashes, it's glitchy, and the customer service is spotty at best. We've consistently have meetings disappear from the app (along with any notes/minutes we have taken) and most of my staff stopped using it because they couldn't consistently get meetings to show up. LessMeeting's customer service asked for screenshots and details, but they never actually fix the issue or follow up. This has been months of the same issues and glitches. For an app that is supposed to improve productivity, it actually does the opposite. Lost time and information have been common, and incredibly frustrating. If Less Meeting's developers made some fixes and improvements they could stand out from the numerous other meeting notes apps out there... Unfortunately they are missing out on that opportunity. I recommend you try a different app. If not for the fact that don't allow refunds, we would have dumped LessMeeting the first month we had it.
Subscription, not an app
Sk8rGeek
You basically can't do anything with this app in business without paying the $12 per month subscription fee. Also, everything has to be done in an overly complicated way. It's not possible to just create an agenda, take minutes and capture action items. It could work only for a small business that has all employees managing everything locally on iPad with no connection to an enterprise environment (you have to link to a calendar event, but only local iPad calendar - to see events from any other calendar, pay the monthly subscription). I wouldn't mind paying for an app up front but don't want to be held hostage to a monthly fee to use it for the most basic functions.
Great App - Very Useful
Trick$ter
This is a great application which will assist tremendously in running and documenting meetings. It speeds up the process of letting everyone know what has transpired and allows for quick distribution of the information. A nice change would be to allow one to set up a template to leave out some things out of the email (right now I edit them out prior to sending it out.) A caveat, the interaction with Outlook works only IF the company network allows the connection to the servers (for the paid service) which in my case did not work. As a standalone app it is simply a great addition to my toolset though!
Useful the first time you use it
Jobholder
This is a great app. I've used it for 3 meetings and it is really helping my team's productivity by providing useful information to them on projects and decisions in a easy to understand way. It would get 5 stars, but I found a couple of very minor bugs while editing the agenda.
This update fixes a sync problem with agenda items.
• Adding an agenda item and leaving it blank no longer interrupts syncing
• Your agenda, notes and action items stay in step across iPhone, iPad and the web
Plus fixes and speed-ups across the app.
