Description
The LetMobile app is designed to run in the background and allow you to use your native iOS email application (or any email app) for securely reading corporate email (including contacts, calendar items and attachments).
NOTE: The free LetMobile app requires use of LetMobile enterprise platform for all operations. Please consult with your company's IT organization before downloading this application. The LetMobile app will not operate without the necessary back-end system.

Makes corporate mail web mail
Better hope your company doesn't require this. Everything you do on exchange you have to log in every few minutes. Each mail has to contact the server every time. It's effectively web mail. No difference than web mail.
Doesn't Load on iPad with iOS 7
I installed the Letmobile app on my iPad, but I never get the email required to register, and that's the only way to activate the account. Letmobile is not useable.
