Great idea, sooo many glitches and issues to still work out
While the app is an awesome idea and a massive leap forward in terms of what used to be available on the island it does not measure up to some other technology that has edged into this market gap with it. The app is glitchy and kicks you out when you try searching for a restaurant name, so you have to resort to manually scrolling through to not have the app fail on you. Also, special comments requested by the restaurants (like drink specifications for combos etc) do not show up so a few glitches there too.
Hoping that these issues can be worked out because the market is HUNGRY (excuse the pun) for some technology that can live up to their expectations of ease of use in terms of food delivery at their finger tips.
Can't login anymore - BUG
I tried to login in on my iPad and kept getting a "credentials invalid" warning. Went on my phone and tried changing the password, which worked, proving I was trying to login earlier with the right password and it was just a bug. After changing the password, the app logged me out on the phone so I could reenter it, and now I get a "credentials invalid" warning on both devices. The "Forget Password?" option sits right on top of the sign in button and is impossible to click on. Please fix this!
Really glitchy app *** UPDATE***
I get a notification on my phone saying “your order has been picked up by your driver!”
When I check the app it says “preparing your order”

You’ve updated the app. I saw a search bar in the menu function and some visual changes.
All previous bugs remain and I’ve decided to completely switch over to another app. To add more, I’ve tried to use it twice and both times I’ve been required to provide full authentication (name, password, phone#) and wait for a confirmation text. EVERY tome I open the app.
I may give it a chance once the developers do proper work on it. The UI slacking is not a major issue as long as it’s useful. But unfortunately this is not the case.
