Level Epp Fit simultaneously challenges your physical and mental fitness. With my workouts and daily FIT MIND affirmations, I want to challenge you to level up your fitness routine and reach new levels in the way you think about your body. I hope to help you unlock and unleash your full potential, free of body shaming mentalities and and help you grow in your confidence while working out.
My goal is for you to use and view exercise as a way to honor your body, not punish it, and I incorporate the mental health aspect of fitness because I believe that getting your mind "fit" (or in optimal condition) is congruent with your physical fitness.
I want you to feel empowered and confident in your body and all that it is capable of.
In the Level Epp Fit app you'll get:

The best workout app I’ve tried!
I cannot say enough good things about this app! The workouts are fun and engaging and help you push yourself to become stronger, not only physically but also mentally. Jenna is truly available with any questions you have and puts great Fit Mind Affirmations on the app every day— because health is more than physical. This was one of the best purchases I made this year and I cannot recommend it enough!
Amazing user friendly app with great workouts!!
Just by doing your first workout on this app you can tell right away how much thought and detail Jenna put into it. The workouts are highly beneficial and the app is super user friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a workout platform with mental and physical aspects!
Always a good challenge!
I LOVE this app and the ease of use in this new work out at home world. The variety is great- hitting all of the areas I need to work on- and the ability to modify is always available. I love the exercise video bank too to check form! I look forward to the workouts as the affirmations each week.
