Excellent App (But bugging out lately)

This is a well conceived app but has some faults, the video playback being quite frustrating to control as it’s not very responsive. I love that you can keep track of your progress, however, the app has been quite buggy lately. I’m writing this review with the hope that the developers see it. When I login to the app, it doesn’t save any of my progress (it was at one time). Now the dashboard just shows a generic dashboard kind of as if it’s not loading completely. My picture doesn’t come up and each button literally say button inside the button. When I login on the website all my info is saved. I really hope this is an app that they still support because it truly is awesome, the best out there and I’ve improved my skills significantly because of this app. Unfortunately the app has been useless the past two to three weeks, please fix the bugs, I love this app and I’d hate to see it go.

NEW TRICK LISTS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!

I made mad progress when I first started, following the trick lists on a competitor’s site. Once I learned all those, it was kind of hard figuring out what I should be learning next. I had discovered YoYoTricks’ site while leaning the other guy’s tricks on their list, so it was a great companion site to have. It didn’t take long before I had outgrown the other site’s tricks, and even with all the tricks offered by this site, it was a bit of a nightmare trying to determine what to learn next. Now, with their updated site and app, it’s so much easier. It’s also very motivating to put a check in the boxed learned and to see my XP and rank increase, so I’m back to learning things at a much quicker pace. I’m not wasting nearly as much time searching for and perusing videos to try to determine what to learn next. Excellent update gentlemen (and ladies, if there are any)! Keep up the great work!

Fantastic, but…

Ok so I’ve been using this app for months nonstop and have been learning so much. The videos are phenomenal! However the only reason I give it four stars as opposed to five is there are a few bugs in the app that seem to only apply to certain mobile devices.
I have an iPhone SE 3rd gen., so it is not old at all, but for some reason the Level Up system will show me an incomplete screen when I login; a whole bunch of “Labels” where my name, level, and other information should be. And I can’t tap on anything either.
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it was working for a bit, but then the app crashed?!?!
Also, when I go to place an order in the shop, the app won’t let me put in my card info. This problem seems to only affect my phone as I have placed orders successfully on other mobile devices using the app (all iOS).
I earnestly hope y’all can get around to fixing this, because what I can see of the Level Up program makes me want to use it so bad!
