I ordered from LEWKIN for the first time after seeing all the cute hauls. The only thing that I was upset with was the tracking. The tracking was pretty behind and even when using the Shop app I wasn’t able to see when my package arrived. After placing my order it was confirmed and tracking said it would be delivered, I decided to email LEWKIN to see why I wasn’t getting any updates about my order after 18 days. But they were very helpful and the second time they said it would be delivered it was. I just wish that LEWKIN and the Shop app would be more updated with the shipping and tracking locations. Other than that I am very happy with my first time purchase. ;)
The quality of the stuff is really good, and the extra free stickers are fun, but the tracking is really annoying. You have to be very patient with the tracking, because first you have to wait for five days than it says package shipped. And once its the day when your package is supposed to come, it doesnt and in the tracking app it doesnt say that it had been shipped? And contacting is hard. They dont respond on instagram and social apps, and emailing is bad because its a bot responding to you without your questions getting properly answered. No effort with the contact. The clothes are the only things hyping this up about. Tracking makes me so mad.
So expensive :(I checked out the “Haul” section and I think all the videos are by people that got PR packages. Ik they are on other platforms like tiktok but I feel like the videos are hardly discoverable outside of this app…. they are sending pr packages for videos to only be discoverable on the app but price the (not many in number) existing users so high….;( I want to place an order rn, but my bank acc is holding me back… even with the discount I cant convince myself to buy $25 teeny tiny shorts;(
APP Review: I found the app difficult to shop on. When you click on a color style option, the actual color image doesn’t automatically appear. Therefore, you have to scroll through 10-20+ images just to see a specific color / style. When scrolling through the images, the ‘pop up’ is really sensitive and closes when I’m trying to scroll. This is really annoying because then I have to open the product again and scroll through 10-20+ of the images. PRODUCT Review: After placing and receiving my order, I found that the quality of the clothes is a hit or miss. Some of the clothes were good quality but others had ripped/loose threads and cheap like quality.
App is good but the mobile and desktop are different. My wishlist isn’t the same. I have two wishlists on mobile but I can only view my main wishlist on desktop. My wishlist also got cleared or it’s not loading on mobile. The cart isn’t the same on desktop or mobile. I have different item in my mobile cart then desktop cart. It’s pretty inconvenient having to switch between mobile and desktop. Besides those things, everything else is good
super cute, i bought 4 shirts from them. the shipping took 2 weeks which is understandable since im in the US and it’s shipping from south korea. it also came with cute stickers in the package.i would like to mention though that the quality of the pieces vary, some are good quality and others are less-so. also, the sizes are small, the shirts only come in sizes best suited for xs-s in US sizing.
